Working Group on Enterprise Risk Management

The Association has set up a networking platform referred to as the "Enterprise Risk Management Knowledge Sharing Forum" primarily for Risk Managers in the general, life and takaful sectors.

The forum allows members of the ERM Focus Group avenues for sharing knowledge on risk management and serves as an ideal platform for members to further enhance their knowledge, skills and to keep track of current issues in enterprise risk management faced by the insurance and the takaful industries. It is also designed to promote awareness of future industry and regulatory directions so that members can better focus and manage their respective company's risks.

In 2009, the ERM Working Group organized two forums for members on the subjects De-stressing Stress Testing and Unravelling the ISO 31000, the New Global Standards of Enterprise Risk Management.
