Enhancing Trust & Efficiency in Financial Services

On 20 August 2025, PIAM participated in the Financial Industry Associations Engagement on Trust Efficiency in Financial Services, led by Bank Negara Malaysia.

The session brought together financial industry associations to exchange views on strengthening redress and advisory mechanisms, ensuring consumer expectations are met while remaining aligned with regulatory priorities.

It was a meaningful platform for PIAM to share insights, collaborate with peers, and collectively drive a more consumer-centric financial ecosystem. 🌍🤝
