On 16 April 2026, Persatuan Insurans Am Malaysia (PIAM) and The Insurance Collective hosted an engaging event at the AICB Centre of Excellence centred on “Technology Trends in General Insurance.”

The event brought together representatives from 19 General Insurance companies and 4 Reinsurers, featuring two insightful panel discussions on Amplifying Operations in the Digital Age and Empowering Distribution Channels and Enhancing Customer Engagement with Technology.

Industry leaders and InsurTech professionals exchanged valuable perspectives on digital transformation, innovation, and the evolving landscape of the general insurance industry.
